Description
The Walker & Simpson Commander 7ft Slate Bed Pool & Snooker Table is of professional quality but ideal for the serious home player. The table looks fantastic and with numerous colour options it will suit any room.
The table has a heavy slate bed which is pre clothed during the manufacturing process making this a much more simple home build than having to apply the cloth yourself. The cloth is of very high quality made from 70% wool and 30% nylon giving superb durability and exactly the right pace. The slate bed is a full 2cm thick.
The quality of the slate bed and cloth combine to give an extremely consistent playing surface, allowing balls to roll true every time. Serious pool players know that it is not only the surface that is important for a consistent playing experience, but also the cushions. The cushions on this table have been developed to give consistent bounce at the angle and velocity you would expect from each shot. With the addition of leg levellers the table can be made perfectly flat even on uneven floors.
The overall construction of this table is fantastic: heavy; stable; strong; durable; finely finished.
A full set of pool & snooker balls are also included, along with two cues, a brush and a box of chalks so you have everything you need ti start playing straight away.
Due to different manufacturing processes the colour of the slate cloth and cushions may vary in shade.

Great value for money and excellent quality table. Note the instructions are not great and it takes a while to assemble, very difficult if doing it alone if not impossible.
Obviously given it slate extremely heavy so be warned. Well worth the money.
